Research Use Agreement
Purpose
This Research Use Agreement governs the purchase and handling of research peptides and other research products offered by Epic Beauty & Wellness Supplies. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement
Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and legally permitted to purchase, possess, and handle research products in your jurisdiction.
Research Use Only
All peptides and other products offered by Epic Beauty & Wellness Supplies are supplied strictly for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research, analytical, educational, or other lawful research purposes only.
Our products are not intended for human consumption, human administration, veterinary use, medical treatment, therapeutic use, diagnosis, prevention of disease, dietary use, or cosmetic/personal use.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as medical advice or as a representation that any product is suitable for use in or on humans or animals.
Customer Certifications
By placing an order, you certify that:
- You are purchasing the products solely for lawful research or analytical purposes.

- You will not use the products for any unlawful purpose.
- You will not resell or redistribute the products in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
- You are responsible for determining whether your purchase and intended research activities are lawful in your jurisdiction.
No Medical or Therapeutic Use
Epic Beauty & Wellness Supplies does not sell its research products as drugs, medicines, medical devices, dietary supplements, or therapeutic products.
The products and information provided on this website are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that research materials require appropriate handling, storage, and laboratory procedures. You assume responsibility for the proper receipt, storage, handling, transportation, and lawful research use of products after delivery.

Right to Refuse or Cancel an Order
Epic Beauty & Wellness Supplies reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order when it reasonably believes that the transaction may violate applicable laws, this Agreement, its policies, or legitimate research-use requirements.
